CodeJackson.com is the home of the Jackson Area Career Center Programming class taught by me, Steve Keinath.
The Programming class at the Jackson Area Career Center allows students to learn programming logic with either Java or C++. Student also explore development topics such as: mobile apps, games, websites, robotics, and smart gadgets (using tools like Arduino).
We compete in many programming competitions throughout the year. This year (2012-13), we have competed at Eastern Michigan University's programming competition, Business Professionals of America's programming events and at University of Michigan Dearborn's programming competition. Students are also encouraged to join the Career Center's FIRST Robotics team to program the robot.
